In order to support the IT department at our Plant in Kumanovo, we are searching for Junior IT Administrator who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:

- Contribute to the IT on site operations in Kumanovo Plant based on valid guidelines and processes
- Advise and instruct colleagues in solving complex inquiries in the area of office and shop floor
- Supervise IT infrastructure in the first level support
- Track local IT tasks and mark detected deviations
- Analyze and clarify problems with internal and external partners
- Create and provide solutions for complex problems for the solutions database, according to predetermined guidelines
Profile:
-
- Vocational/technical training usually acquired through a degree in a technical or vocational discipline plus a few years of experience
- Excellent IT knowledge in Client-Server-Technologies, Networking (LAN/WAN) and a valid Microsoft Certification.
- Understanding of Logistics systems (JIT/JIS environment)
- Quick understanding of Complex matters
- Strong team work
- Ability to work under pressure, excellent communications skills
