In order to support the Logistics department at our Plant in Kumanovo, we are searching for Head of Logistics who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Assure all logistical functions in the plant
- Lead, control and coordinate all logistics tasks and processes with the following areas: production planning, material planning, production control, inventory management, receiving and shipment
- Support the strategic planning of the unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the department within a short or medium-range time frame
- Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
- Develop and implement personnel planning in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor and make sure qualified personnel are hired
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her and make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
Profile:
- Degree in Business, preferably university diploma in Engineering/Economics
- 5 years working experience in the field of Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Knowledge of common Logistics and Logistics planning
- English language – required, German language – desirable
- Excellent IT knowledge
- FMEA knowledge as well as knowledge of customer specific requirements
