In order to support the Continuous Improvement department at our Plant in Kumanovo, we are searching for professionals who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Introduce the continuous improvement process (KVP, DPS, Lean Six Sigma)
- Implement released KVP projects together with Production, Logistics and Quality and develop and implement continuous improvement principles to enhance work processes and output which leads to significant cost savings, improved efficiency, improved quality for the organization etc.
- Identify improvement potential during the entire product lifecycle as well as implement relevant improvement measures
- Cooperate in a ‘best practice’ database with the involvement of the plant management
- Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for the management
- Define actions, responsibilities and schedules to realize potential capacities, in cooperation with the team as well as assure the implementation of agreed actions, in cooperation with the area involved
Profile:
- Engineering degree preferably in Industrial or Manufacturing engineering
- 3 years of experience in an automotive environment
- Knowledge of Quality Management System IATF 16949
- Knowledge of Risk Management and Project Management as well as customer specific requirements
- Influential leader with proven coaching and mentoring expertise
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills, German Language is an advantage
