In order to support the Plant Management at our plant in Kumanovo, we are looking for Assistant - Plant Management, who can meet the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Tasks:
- Participate in projects and participate in the budget preparation by preparing all relevant documents
- Manage small projects within the business department
- Communicate with internal and external areas as part of the tasks and take care of internal and external customers and visitors
- Order basic supplies according to company guidelines
- Prepare and maintain simple documents according to guidelines, in a common foreign language as requested
- Plan, arrange, prepare, track and follow up on appointments and participate in agreement meetings in the specialist field
Profile:
- University degree - Mechanical Engineering
- Fluency in English language as well as knowledge of German language
- Excellent command in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of archiving Law
- Flexibility and good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
