Maintenance Supervisor

Objective of job
▪Manage Downtime to production within the Set Target
▪Managing the Production Maintenance and Tooling for the Door Sub Assembly DEM
▪Overall support on maintenance activity and SI topic in plant

Principle activities
▪Managing the maintenance of the tools and mechanical equipment for Door and FEM Assembly
▪Perform pre-defined regular service and preventive maintenance work on all screw drivers, door and FEM trolleys, special tools, jigs and fixtures.
▪Prepare maintenance plan for the Production Maintenance also arrangement of subordinated job task
▪Preparation and ordering for new tools for new model launch as required
▪Administration of document control for Production Maintenance ( Maintenance Plan and records )
▪Managing the indirect Materials
▪Ensure all document control in Production Maintenance is well kept and control.
▪Perform regular Repairs and Maintenance on all workstation tables if required.
▪Regular maintain the verification of designated screw drivers, fixture and jigs.
▪Properly organize and maintain the overall maintenance room layout and proper arrangement
▪Design, order for fabrication all new tools, jigs and fixture for process improvement if required.
▪Perform regular check and inspection in the production line on correct and proper used of the equipment and tools.
▪Collect Screwing Data and submit to Quality Department
▪Ensure all document and equipment well prepared for Internal and External Audit
▪Able to adapted new program system related to Proof Tech on FEM assembly process
