In order to support the Human resources at our plant in Kavadarci, we are looking for Recruiter who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Achieve headcount objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
- Attract candidates by placing job advertisements (internal and external), using newsgroups, job sites, job fairs, executive search agencies, leasing companies
- Determine candidates qualifications by interviewing candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Evaluate candidates by discussing job requirements and applicants qualifications with managers
- Improve organizational attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices
Profile:
- University Degree in Social sciences will be considered as advantage
- Minimum 1 year HR or recruiting experience
- Good command of MS-Office
- Knowledge of English language,
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
