Tasks:
- Support the retrieval of inventory levels and production quantities in order to plan transport
- Plan, control and launch production in consideration of production capacity and customer requirements
- Supply of the production with raw materials Just-in-time, compare them with the requirements of the production and react on time in order to rectify all order modifications of our customers
- Make priority products deliveries and prioritize task in fulfilling the duties
- Coordinate and take particular measures in case of susceptible rupture of customer supply
- Elaborate production schedules and control their execution
Profile:
- University degree will be considered as an advantage
- 1 year working experience will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience at a forwarding company in the same or similar role
- Good proficiency in English, knowledge of German language will be considered as an advantage
- Outstanding computer skills (Excel, Power Point)
- Team worker with good analytical skills
