In order to support the Industrial Engineering department at our plant in Kavadarci, we are looking for Line Balance Officer who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Assembly line Balancing and Optimization of workload of workers
- Defining and optimizing cycle times and throughput time
- Performing time studies and defining production norms
- Analyzing workforce utilization, assembly line layout, operational data and production schedules and costs to determine optimum worker efficiencies
- Plans, applies and analyzes auxiliary tools for assembly lines
- Reviews bills of material (routings) and cooperates in change management
- Optimizes of assembly workplace ergonomic, improves continuously assembly processes and collaborates with other related departments
Profile:
- Technical university degree
- Ability to analyze complex manufacturing data and propose changes leading to higher efficiency and safety
- Excellent proficiency in English, knowledge of German language will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in automotive industry will be consider as an advantage
- Good command of MS Office Package
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-initiative and creative skills
