Tasks:
- Create all procurement documents as part of the equipment standard
- Conduct machine approvals, determine machine capabilities (MFU) and the degree to which the requirements manual requirements were fulfilled
- Provide technical release of equipment for production,Order and approve production equipment as well as test effectiveness
- Support the introduction of new production technologies and work towards the necessary procedural directives in cooperation with the relevant departments
- Create operational and procedural instructions (work instructions, shop floor instructions, procedures etc.)
- Analyze equipment start-up and manage equipment working parameters
Profile:
- Technical university education, Equipment and Tools knowledge
- Working experience in Processing Industry, Assembly board construction, Testing equipment and tools in automotive industry
- English advanced level, German knowledge preferred, MS package, Project Management
- Knowledge of HOST, MES DOC, Plossys, CMH, Encore, Komponenten_DB, Bill of Materials (Stückliste), Optimain
- Knowledge of SAP, DRX Reporting, MES EFF, MES QUA, QSYS, AutoCad,KS Info, Cost controlling will be considered as advantage.
