Missions:

  • Ensure the coordination between the different Production Control JIS Agent.
  • Technical instruction and guidance of Production Control Agent JIS team.
  • Work closely and exchange information with different logistic members inside the team and outside.
  • Start of Modul Verbrauch. 
  • Realisation of Bestand Line files.
  • Ensure the Correction of errors system (Modulverbrauch) 
  • Start of the Host system inventory list.
  • Correct inventories: KML / daily inventory and correction actions (201/202 / 207/301).
  • Stock monitoring in case of change of BGA.
  • Ensure the good management and follow up of the rest Baugruppe.
  • Follow up BGA changes.
  • Modul-Montage Follow up (Prio List) and Barre-code impression.
  • Correction and launching of the inventories in the line and the warehouse.
  • Management and monitoring of Umbau (transfer to LG 77 or 49 / umbuchen).
  • Scrap Follow up.
  • Report issues and highlights to his superior hierarchy.
  • Daily control of customer orders.
  • Control the quality of the interventions. 
  • Establish an action plan for different failures during production.
  • Ensure and promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring the workflow in collaboration with different departments.
  • Following the deadlines of the different projects.
  • Ensuring the FIFO in Commission , Production & Transport  (production control).
  • Applying the lean management tools.
  • Collection of information related au stops caused by customer.
  • Compare and analyze the difference between estimation Customer LAB and the real Order (PAB).
  • Optimization of work process inside team. 
  • Act as a contact person for operational employees and relevant interfaces. 
  • Support the disciplinary manager in shift and workforce planning. 
  • Perform shift handover and maintain shift logbook, if necessary.
  • Ensure that work procedures are followed according to instructions as instructed. 
  • Control compliance with safety, health and environmental protection regulations. 
  • Maintain training documents (in the qualification matrix, etc.) in coordination with disciplinary superiors. 
  • Assist in optimization work processes and suggest improvements.

 

Profil:

Specialized knowledge / education:    

  • Higher Bac +3.
  • Expert in DRX Systems (Mes, IPST,HOST).
  • Expert in Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge in LEAN-Management.
  • Group problem solving: 8D, Q-Sys. 

Work experience:    

  • Knowledge in the field of wiring System.
  • Know how to improve manufacturing processes.    
  • English / French/ German is an asset .

Additional knowledge:     

  • Concept of Stock Management. 
  • Know the environmental policy.
  • Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as, energy consumption, water, paper, copper ...
  • Commitment to operational control over waste sorting, control of environmental aspects and response to emergencies. 
  • Basic Training IATF16949.
  • Ensure that EHS policy and objectives are established.
  • Piloting an EHS management system.
  • Prevent health and safety risks at work.
  • Set EHS targets.
  • Ensure information, awareness and training tasks in the HSE field.
  • Identify environmental aspects and assess NESS-related risks.
  • Identify the applicable regulatory texts on the site and ensure their compliance.
  • Assess HSE management system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of the HSE system.
  • Contribute to the identification of environmental aspects and the assessment of risks related to safety and health at work. 
  • Tracking actions from CSST meetings.
  • Investigate every serious work-related accident or occupational illness and propose the necessary measures to control its causes.
