Technical Leader Warehouse DETJ

Missions:

• Manage the power supply of production line in terms of accessories and cables.
• Ensure the smooth running of the work in the service.
• Ensure supply of Raw Materials and cable for production.
• Staff management.
• Ensure the achievement and continuous improvement of the company's objectives: Cost- Efficiency- Quality-Delays.
• All Operator Logistic warehouse activities (see DETJ logistic tasks matrix).
• Ensure the strict application of the work instructions.
• Work closely and exchange information with different departments (Module Dispo, FST…).
• Email Tracking.
• Ensure efficiency and good collaboration with other groups and plant services
• Exchange of information with FST services, Jit-Log, Pd Log: the flow of material and information.
• Inform his superiors properly and regularly.
• Use of handling equipment (pallet truck, Ameise, Forklift...)
• Manage all staff under his responsibility.
• Control the tasks and functions of these employees.
• Ensure staff discipline, order and 6S in his service.
• Strict application of the administrative procedures and the internal rules of the company.
• Manages the stock of modules in different warehouses (45,60,77,49,76)
• Follow the different KPI related to in different warehouses (45,60,77,49,76)
• Daily inspection of Park in different warehouses (45,60,77,49,76)
• Execution of Umbau MM between warehouses 45 and 77.
• Management of empty packaging and return Modules from warehouse 65.
• Content control of the Host system and the reliability of its data.
• Establish an action plan in case of exceeding the target: Yield, Absence and quality and monitor the application of corrective actions.
• Standard 6S and Compliance with procedures

Profile :

• Diploma bac + 2 or bac + 1 year of experience in the logistics
• Basic knowledge in the field of inventory management and information capture.
• Language: Basic English / French
• Knowledge and experience in the industrial field.
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel..) 
• Integrated, process-oriented thinking

• Analystical skills
• Willingness to learn
