Team Assistant

Step into the role of **Team Assistant** and be the backbone of our operations, managing administrative tasks with precision and keeping our team organized and efficient!

Your tasks:

• Plan, arrange, prepare, track and follow up on appointments (e.g. meetings, etc.)
• Execute administrative tasks according to guidelines
• Engage with and support both internal and external stakeholders.
• Order basic supplies (e.g. spare parts, office supplies, etc.) according to company guidelines.
• Carry out and complete organizational tasks (such as event planning, business trips arrangements, etc.) in accordance with company guidelines.
• Create and manage documents (e.g. presentations, lists, documentations, instructions, etc.) according to guidelines; in a common foreign language (e.g. English, French, etc.) as requested.
• Create simple evaluations, statistics and reports according to clear guidelines; in a common foreign language (e.g. English, French, etc.) as requested
• Gather and review documents (e.g., for meetings, etc.), ensuring they meet guidelines for completeness and proper classification.
• Carry out day-to-day tasks assigned by the director

Your Profile:

• A bachelor degree in management or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent communication in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in German is an advantage.
• Perfect handling of MS office tools.
