Specialist Logistics Control

Missions:

• Monitoring new project
• Ensure correct data of production control to guarantee smooth planning and scheduling of production.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help all members of department to develop their work tools.
• Monitoring all KPI and necessary statistic
• Ensure the reliability and availability of information
• Analyse of Production planning according to production capacities and customer needs. Customer satisfaction is a priority.
• Development of logistic control tools to facilitate the daily tasks.
• Participate in the weekly meeting of change (Änderungsrunde) and follow of information outcome from it.
• Monitoring of new project (analyse of necessary resources and follow of open points (LOP)
• Following the Baugruppes and make the necessary statistic of change product.
• Analyse of Verbaurate, difference FU-LAB, and Master anomaly.
• Analyse of variation of Minutes (planzahl) and communicate a monthly reporting.
• Make analyse of inventories result (corrective action and urgent orders)
• Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products
• Maintaining effective business relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Monitoring of Planning of launching the end of production series
• Establish tracking and control files and react if necessary.
• Exchange of information with the warehouse, export, import regarding the improvement of the flow of material and information.
• Make decisions about production plans, delivery times, priority products, etc.
• Coordination of exceptional measures in case of difficulty of delivery from METS and difficulty in MM
• Ensure the intensive follow-up to achieve the goals set
• Monitoring Transport Statue´s (truck ,airfreight…)
• Keeping and Managing the stock via MPC Tool.
• Processing actions scrap with BPM tool.
• Notify DETJ officials in the event of a power failure.
• Strictly apply the instructions for working procedures.
• Ensure efficiency and good collaboration with other groups and plant services
• Inform his superiors properly and regularly.

Profile :

• Degree University degree Master's degree or Engineer (Logistics, or Business Economics or an equivalent .
• Knowledge and experience in the industrial field
• Language: English / French
• Logistics Training• Planning, scheduling and production launch.
• HOST
• Basic knowledge in Excel, Word
• Knowledge and experience in the industrial field
• Analytical capability

Additional knowledge:

• Concept of Stock Management
• Know the environmental policy.
• Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as, energy consumption, water, paper, copper ...
• Commitment to operational control over waste sorting, control of environmental aspects and response to emergencies
• Basic Training IATF16949
• Ensure that EHS policy and objectives are established.
• Piloting an EHS management system
• Prevent health and safety risks at work.
• Set EHS targets
• Ensure information, awareness and training tasks in the HSE field
• Identify environmental aspects and assess NESS-related risks
• Contribute to the identification of environmental aspects and the assessment of risks related to safety and health at work.
• Tracking actions from CSST meetings.
•  Investigate every serious work-related accident or occupational illness and propose the necessary measures to control its causes
