Your Mission

As a Quality Project Specialist, you will:

• Lead quality activities in new projects and product launches
• Ensure a smooth and successful Start of Production (SOP)
• Drive product and process quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as a key interface with customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor Project Performance and ensure continuous improvement
• Coordinate quality processes during new project phases or relocations
• Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (8D)
• Manage tests, inspections, and validation activities
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards
• Develop and implement quality concepts and improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports and documentation aligned with customer expectations
• Deliver training and support quality awareness within the plant

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in quality and/or project environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Core Tools, 8D)
• Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and process management
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
