Quality Production Supervisor Jemmel Plant

We are seeking a proactive Quality Supervisor Production to support manufacturing excellence by monitoring production quality, enforcing compliance, and promoting a strong quality culture

Missions:

• Establish a personal quality function program
• Distribute personal quality according to control plan: ensure work compliance, cleanliness and discipline of employees. 
• Organizes and distributes tasks to subordinates regarding the standing order and cleanliness of jobs in the field.
• Controls and verifies the conformity of products to specifications and quality standards.
• Cooperation with departments and ensure the operation and compliance of production and product processes.
• Coordination of Quality activities, monitoring of quality subordinate domain indicators to provide flawless quantitative and qualitative production (constant collaboration with the Production Department)
• Meeting Planning Monitoring (Quality circles) and Action Implementation Monitoring lead to systematic and effective problem solving.
• Processing of non-conforming products the procedure (Store blocking, identification and separation of non-compliant product)
• Ensures the achievement of defined quality objectives: High defect > set intervention limits
• Proficiency in quality, problem solving and statistical tools and data analysis methods and implementation of post-defect improvements.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of complaints and the effectiveness of corrective measures: collection and analysis of non-conformities and complaints identified.
• Monitors corrective and preventive actions.
• Researches and proposes process changes to improve quality level.
• Participates in internal and external audits of the assigned area
• Create various Quality reports and statistics.
• Continued reduction of additional costs and quality costs.
• Knows and ensures compliance with safety and fire protection rules and occupational safety standards.
• Coordinates and addresses environmental non-conformities
• Achieve  the objectives set by the quality department.
• Recognize all Quality/Production issues early and highlight critical corrective action plans.
• Enforces the provisions of the quality management system.
• Implement quality improvement tools in close collaboration with stakeholders (6S, Visual Communication, waste reduction).
• Communicates any information or action taken by their department in the environmental approach.
• Performs safety and environmental monitoring rounds, identifies non-conformities, and participates in defining actions to rectify the situation
• Ability to give instruction in quality related areas
• Has full right and authority to stop/release Trial/Product
• Line Stop Management as per procedure, as escalation system
• Signing rights in certain activities (e.g. process validation)..  
  
  

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher ( or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 level) and French
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• IATF16949 Basic Training
• Commitment to operational control of waste sorting,
• the mastery of environmental aspects and the response to situations emergency
