We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Production Supervisor to ensure consistent product quality and drive operational excellence across manufacturing activities. This role plays a key part in supporting the plant’s quality and performance objectives by overseeing production processes, enforcing compliance with quality standards and leading teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
Missions
- Lead and coordinate quality activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and production objectives.
- Supervise quality teams, allocate resources, and monitor performance indicators to achieve defect-free production.
- Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct product and process audits, analyze quality data, and implement effective problem-solving methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with Production and cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce quality costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) requirements and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as an escalation point with the authority to stop or release products/processes when quality standards are not met.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluency in English ; German is an asset.

Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of automotive quality standards, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
Professional Experience & Technical Skills
- Experience in process and product audits.
- Knowledge of VDA 6.3, FMEA, PLP, 8D methodology, and IATF 16949.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quality improvement tools and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.
