Quality Manager Jemmal Plant

As a Quality Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout our automotive manufacturing processes.

You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems and processes to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to address quality concerns and prevent recurrence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to implement best practices in quality management.

Qualifications:

• Engineer’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree or certification in Quality management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Quality or manufacturing environment for more than 5 years.
• Proven experience in a quality leadership role within the automotive manufacturing industry for more than 8 years.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools (IATF16949 and VDA 6.3)
• In-depth knowledge of customer-specific requirements
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
• Perfect English
