Production control JIS Agent

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and complete transfer between various posts (System MES STO).

• Achieve all stated objectives (KSK packaging, stop time, delay).

• Collaborate closely and exchange information with different departments in case of issues.

• Optimize and monitor the production line daily in collaboration with production.

• Verify and modify production status steps as requested by production.

• Manage System Pick By Light in case of production interruption

• Block and unblock commands in the IPST System 

• Control customer orders daily in the MES STO system.

• Control the quality of interventions.

• Establish action plans for different failures during production.

• Organize inspection and control tours of the electrical harness manufacturing process.

• Plan KSK Exports.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Ensure the closure of Prio List KSK communicated by the AVAS team.

• Ensure work procedures are followed according to instructions.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience or more in the automotive industry
• Expertise in the following systems (MES, IPST, AVAS, HOST)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable in LEAN Management
• Skilled in group problem solving (8D, Q-Sys)
