we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Production Quality to strengthen our team and help drive our quality standards to the next level.
Your Mission
- Support and translate strategic plans into operational actions.
- Manage and monitor departmental budget and cost performance.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and team development .
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership; set and prioritize team goals .
- Implement and oversee processes, systems, and operational standards.
- Ensure performance, quality assurance, and corrective actions when needed.
- Manage plant projects and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, equipment, and systems.
- Ensure production efficiency, delivery performance, and product quality.
- Oversee operations planning, shifts, and resolution of bottlenecks .
- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, regulations, and resource allocation .
- Promote safety culture, risk assessment, and environmental awareness.
- Monitor costs and enforce budget compliance with corrective actions.
What You Bring
- University/ Engineering Degree.
- Good knowledge of quality tools and knowledge in the field of auditing is an asset.
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry field.
- Proven experience in personnel management.
- Perfect command of English and German.

- Participate in the customer complaints and highlight meeting with residents..
