Head of CIP Jemmel Plant

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Continuous Improvement (CIP) to lead the plant's continuous improvement strategy and drive operational excellence across all functions.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to identify improvement opportunities, deliver sustainable performance gains, and develop employees' capabilities in Lean and operational excellence methodologies.

Your Mission

• Act as the main internal and external point of contact for Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP).
• Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant.
• Manage and deploy Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and performance.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects and ensure sustainable results.
• Coach, train, and develop employees on Lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Define and monitor action plans, responsibilities, and timelines for improvement initiatives.
• Manage the CIP team, including coaching, performance management, and personnel development.
• Plan and control the departmental budget and resources to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and standardize processes, methods, and tools to support operational excellence.
• Organize and facilitate workshops to identify improvement potential and drive change.
• Monitor, analyze, and report process optimization results to management.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
• Support risk assessment, environmental protection, and occupational health & safety initiatives.
• Drive sustainable performance improvements aligned with plant and company strategic objectives.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree or more in a technical, or professional certification with several (3 to 5) years of experience in a specialized field (or equivalent ).
• 5 years or more of experience in the automotive industry field.
• Proficient in English Language
• Proficiency in IT tools
