Missions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control, to streamline processes and ensure product quality.
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Provide training and support to production personnel to ensure consistent adherence to established processes.
- Monitor and measure process performance using data analysis and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current with industry advancements and best practices in product process development and apply knowledge to improve existing processes.
- Optimizing processes in the production regarding quality, availability and production costs.
- Coordinating and supporting continuous improvement projects with the focus on quality
- Including the development of new methods.
Profile :
- University Degree
- 5 years of experience in the field of quality management
- Knowledge in problem solving method
- Good level in English and German

- Computer Science (Excel and Word)
- Know the environmental policy.
- Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as, energy consumption, water, paper, copper ...
- Commitment to operational control over waste sorting, control of environmental aspects and response to emergencies
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949.
- Prevent risks related to health and safety at work.
- Ensure that the EHS policy and objectives are established.
- Integrate occupational safety and health requirements into business processes.
- Ensure that resources for health and safety at work are available.
- Ensure that the SM S&ST guarantees the expected result.
- Direct and help people to contribute to the effectiveness of SM S&ST.
- Ensure and promote continuous improvement.
