Deputy Production Manager - Module Assembly Area Jemmal Plant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Production Manager to oversee our Module Assembly operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a team of dedicated professionals in the Module Assembly area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve all stated targets, including efficiency, absenteeism, quality, cost, and overconsumption rates.

• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resource allocation.

• Ensure a clear understanding of SATS plant targets and specific Module Assembly objectives in KS/MM.

• Promote effective collaboration between different roles within the team.

• Oversee smooth role transitions and ensure clear communication during changes.

• Supervise and control tasks and responsibilities of employees.

• Enforce discipline, order, and cleanliness in the workspace.

• Ensure adherence to administrative procedures and company regulations.

• Conduct daily production checks.

• Manage the quality circle and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

• Contribute to defining guidelines and working procedures, ensuring their consistent application.

• Continuously seek improvements to enhance goals and processes.

• Report significant production challenges to the Production Manager.

Profile:

• Master’s degree, Engineering degree, with minimum 5 years in the industrial sector.

• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.

• Familiarity with quality techniques and tools.

• Strong understanding of environmental policies and practices.

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

• Experience in team managment.
