We are seeking a dedicated CIP Engineer to play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on the optimization and reliability of Cleaning‑in‑Place processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across the facility.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify improvement potential during the entire product lifecycle as well as implement relevant improvement measures.
- Plan and conduct workshops for various plant functions with other departments.
- Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for supervisors/management.
- Assure implementation of agreed actions, in cooperation with the area involved.
- Define actions, responsibilities and schedules to realize potential capacities, in cooperation with the team.
- Cooperate in optimizing standards/processes/production equipment
- Cost-saving project implementation .
- Training of staff about lean light and lean basic
- Participate in several related meetings
- Ensure that the EHS policy and objectives are established.
- Ensure compliance of the organization with regulatory requirements related to the EHS system.
- Ensure that resources for health and safety at work are available.
- Direct and help people to contribute to the effectiveness of the EHS Management System.
- Ensure and promote continuous improvement related to the EHS management system.
- Develop, lead and promote a culture in the organization that supports the expected results.
- Contribute to the identification of environmental aspects and risk assessment related to occupational safety and health.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in a technical field or equivalent
- Knowledge of automotive standards
- Fluency in English
Assets:
- knowledge in Project Management, lean manufacturing, experience in process, Engineering process design
- Willingness to learn
- Good skills in analysing industrial processes and tracking down mudas.
- Experience in suggestion system management

- Strong analytical skills (process analysis, problem analysis, statistical analysis, etc.)

- PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.
