02 Industrial Engineering Detj Plant

We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Engineering (IE) Technician to support operational efficiency, optimize production processes, and ensure smooth implementation of technical changes within the plant. This role plays a key part in enhancing productivity and maintaining high performance standards by analyzing workflows, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring proper resource allocation. The IE Technician contributes to the plant’s continuous improvement strategy by applying lean principles, monitoring capacity, and supporting process standardization to drive sustainable operational excellence.

 Your Responsibilities:

• Person to contact in the event of a claim or optimization on the part of production
• Managing and moderating internal projects linked to MM in the series phase.
• Participating in projects and presenting the IE department.
• Creation of work instructions linked to the IE service..
• Carry out the necessary capacity study for the series phase (BM, MA, etc.).
• Risk analysis of technical changes linked to the distribution of tasks in order to minimize the risk rate.
• Implementing and improving work procedures.
• Implementing optimized methods in work processes.
• Monitoring new processes and evaluating results.
• Optimizing the workplace environment
• Participation in continuous process improvement circles
• Keeping your superiors properly and regularly informed
• Analysis of claims received from customers
• Processing production complaints
• Assistance in starting up new projects
• Coordination between the various departments ( TPM , TPT , FST, FBB , Logistics , QS and Production )
• Support and monitoring of bottleneck lines in the production sector
• Ensure the necessary follow-up (timing, study of waste) during the implementation phase, in compliance with Rump Up production

Your Profile:

• Engineer (preferably in industrial engineering) or equivalent.

• Knowledge in the Automotive field at least 1 year experience.
• English language

Additional knowledge:

• ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Competencies based on the technical tools model: HOST, HFD, MES‑ESC, MES Reporting, etc.
• DRÄXLMAIER competencies and implementation of optimized methods in work processes.

• High competence in task distribution and workload balancing.
