We are seeking a skilled Change Management Technician to support the effective coordination and implementation of technical changes within the plant. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth change execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing documentation, and maintaining alignment with operational requirements and timelines.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reparation of change documents.
- Coordination with support/external services (METS/VIB…), particularly TPT, DPR, AV and AV-Programming departments.
- Creation and transmission of the purchase order (Auftrag) along with the corresponding documents to FBB to carry out changes on production boards or control boards (BPB).
- Updating the list of boards.
- Monitoring and ordering of “Prüfprogramme”; recording them in OMP_DATA.
- Updating U_Schall and saving it in OMP_DATA.
- Monitoring and ordering of equipment: PA, MA, BPA according to BGA implementation.
- Receiving Prüfaufnahmen and coordinating installation.
- Scheduling updates of electrical test stations (PS).
- Filing AEM/ÄM (change notices) in the directory (Laufwerk).
- Monitoring the implementation of required changes while respecting agreed deadlines.
- Training employees and workers on current changes.
- Updating personal tracking documents.
- Assisting production during the implementation of changes when producing the first harness.
- Supervising and training newly recruited technicians.
- Ensuring the transmission of information to the supervisor and maintaining good communication with other employees.
- Organizing and conducting change meetings to inform and explain changes (immediate or ongoing) to the relevant departments.
- Documenting all completed changes.
- Executing “releases” of production boards (Baubrett release), control boards (BPB release), and electrical test stations (PS release).
Your Profile:
- Higher Technician or above, with a technical specialization (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Additional knowledge
- ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Competencies based on the technical tools model: HOST, HFD, MES‑ESC, MES Reporting, etc.
- Career development focus: Optimization.
- Strong capability in technical problem-solving.
- High competence in task distribution and workload balancing.
- Analysis and risk assessment tools (5W, 8D, etc.).
- Workstation ergonomics.
- Knowledge of REFA modules.
