In order to support the Supply Chain Planning Projects PMS department in Hunedoara, we are looking for a Project Manager Supply Chain.

Tasks:
- Develop and manage project concepts, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS);
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and define project tasks, timelines, and resource plans;
- Monitor project progress, costs, and KPIs, initiating corrective actions when needed;
- Act as the key interface between internal departments, customers, and suppliers;
- Analyze supply chain changes and lead negotiations on volumes and costs;
- Prepare logistics calculations for business plans and customer quotations;
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain and logistics structures;
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and transport requirements;
- Develop emergency supply chain concepts and robust backup structures;
- Identify and implement process improvements and optimization opportunities;
- Provide technical guidance and compile project documentation and reports.
Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Economics;
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management (production, planning, design, or logistics);
- Proven competence in managing complex projects;
- Understanding of the ERP system;
- Strong communication skills in English; Knowledge of German is considered an asset;
- Willingness to travel for business purposes;
- A process-oriented, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
- A collaborative spirit and leadership potential.
