Material Flow & Structure Planning

We are currently searching for a Material Flow & Structure Planning OC for our Logistic Department

Responsabilities:

• To create, plan and implement logistics Material flows;
• Plan, describe, optimize and implement logistics processes according to the best practice approach, economic points of view and according to the logistics planning guidelines;
• Participate in collecting data for capacity and resource planning in the different Regions;
• Develop, plan and implement supply concepts to the production within a carline project in coordination with the Logistics Planner Plant as well as between several plants in alignment with the Supervisor;
• Develop and implement an optimal material flow at the relevant plant for a carline project and/or across several plants;
• Determine necessary storage/WH levels and storage options according to the standards/guidelines (high rack, marketplace, supermarket, JIS picking, block warehouse, AULA) and their regular optimization after changes.

     Requirements:

• Degree in Polytechnic/university;
• Automotive logistics, material flow planning, lean production, project management, similar field 3 to 5 years OR similar education level;
• MS- Office;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Analytical skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team and communication skills, business oriented thought and action, overall, process-oriented thinking.
