Manufacturing Line Planning - Injection and Automation

We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Line Planning – Injection and Automationfor our Industrialisation team in Hunedoara.

Responsabilities:

• Ensuring the planning, procurement, commissioning, parameterization of injection machines and automation in accordance with the requirements and objectives of the project;
• Evaluation of general planning in terms of feasibility, risks, development of alternative concepts and coordination with production project managers;
• Determining project risks and reporting to the specialized Project Manager;
• Implement measures for the final acceptance of equipment for internal and external suppliers, taking into account the requirements in collaboration with those responsible for the sectors: Production, Application technology   and Procurement (together with the central function);
• Ensuring that the infrastructure is ready for the equipment received;
• Process evaluating activities in the acquisition project.

Requirements:

• Higher Education in plastic engineering or comparable training;
• Experience in the area of injection molding technology and in the design an definition molding processes;
• Knowledge of MS-Office;
• Knowledge of English;
• Willingness to travel;
• Analytics skills, Integral process-oriented thinking, Project management competence, ability to work in a team and communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts.
