We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Department, in one of or DRÄXLMAIER plants, in Hunedoara, Romania.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out and documenting complex maintenance, repair, adjustment, overhaul, and other work processes.
  • Installing/removing and adjusting assemblies/components in complex equipment in accordance with regulations and verifying correct operation, making adjustments and/or rework as necessary.
  • Participating in the construction, commissioning, and relocation of complex equipment/systems in the production plant, taking into account customer requirements, specifications, legal requirements, applicable rules and standards, while meeting specified deadlines and quality standards.
  • Participating in the analysis of problems/errors in selected equipment technologies.
  • Determining the need for spare and wear parts and preparing parts procurement.
  • Developing and proposing measures to improve the economic efficiency of maintenance and repair processes, as well as maintenance standard

Profile:

  • Technical Bachelor Degree.
  • Several years of work experience in a technical field / specialized knowledge in a technical domain and theoretical and practical understanding of processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to work in three shifts.
  • Effective communication skills and personal initiative.
  • Ability to identify root causes of problems and propose improvement solutions.
