Machine Setter / Assembler - TH in Hunedoara, Romania Plants

We are looking for a Machine Setter / Assembler to join the Thermoplastic Production Department in one of or DRÄXLMAIER plants, in Hunedoara, Romania

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines and equipment and create the conditions required for production capability.
• Intervene and make adjustments to dimensional variations or process variations that affect part quality, in order to maintain tolerances and bring the product within specified dimensions.
• Identify and eliminate deficiencies (e.g. tolerance deviations, shortages, incorrect parts, material procurement issues, losses); where necessary, perform subsequent repairs in accordance with instructions and documentation.
• Perform partial troubleshooting of significant malfunctions (e.g. process disturbances) on machines, molds, and installations.
• Start, monitor, and stop (when necessary or according to production planning) machines in production.
• Determine the causes of defects, communicate and distribute information regarding identified defects, provide support in optimizing work processes, and suggest improvements.

Profile:

• Technical secondary education or vocational school.
• Basic PC operation skills.
• Technical understanding, logical thinking, and process-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
• Conflict-handling skills.
• Conscientiousness and seriousness in performing the tasks outlined in the job description.
