LTS Project Manager

We are looking for a LTS Project Manager for our Serial Life Management Department in Hunedoara.

Responsabilities:

• Lead and coordinate an automotive development project based on a theoretical training in project management as well as at least three years of project management activities (e.g. as project staff) conformable to requirement matrix project management;
• Create project plans/ concepts and assure they are followed (e.g. resource planning, schedule planning, cost planning, etc.) in cooperation with technical or key project leaders as well as technical areas; introduce actions in case of deviations, as required (e.g. based on the methodology of the DRX project management guidelines etc.);
• Ensuring the customer supply in the realization phase, among other things also by coordinating compensation solutions (the same applies to logistics elements) in the event of cross-project start-up disturbances Support the Life Time Supply project team in very complex topics regarding project SC and derive measures as necessary;
• Development of SCM and logistics structures (overall concept) for suppliers over the DRX plants and logistics functions involved and up to the customer;
• Ensuring the container/ packaging concepts towards the supplier, internally and towards customers;
• Coordination and implementation of specific spare parts service requirements in the overall process up to the customer (from SOP until far after EOP).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical field or business administration with 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of specific customer requirements (e.g., product distribution chain) and knowledge in specific Logistics processes;
• Experience in Project Management as well as technical understanding;
• Project management skills, knowledge of problem-solving techniques, change management and common lean methods (Six Sigma, continuous improvement process, etc.);
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must, German is considered a plus;
• Very good communication skills, conflict management and process oriented thinking.
