Head of Production/ Focus Factory

We are looking for a Head of Production/ Focus Factory to join our management team in Hunedoara plant.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all production processes within the factory;
• Ensuring all production functions within the factory (e.g., application technology, process planning optimization, factory‑level planning) and implementing corrective measures when deviations occur;
• Identifying opportunities and developing optimization proposals, as well as ensuring the implementation of improvements to processes, structures, procedures, and methods;
• Ensuring the continuous availability and readiness of all workstations, machines, and installations through preventive and corrective maintenance measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with minimum 5 years’ experience in the field;

• Knowledge of quality methods and techniques (8D Method, complaint handling) and specific customer requirements;
• Skills in accordance with the 5S and TPM concepts;
• Experience with monitoring and analysis of production and quality parameters;

• Proven leadership skills;
• Overall process orientated thinking, communication, goal orientation;
• Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement methods -  an advantage;
• Excellent English or German level - spoken and written.
