Employee KPI Control
To support our Outbound Logistics department in Hunedoara, we are looking for an Employee KPI Control who can confidently meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility, and enthusiasm.

Responsabilities:
- Maintenance and support of the KPIs during ongoing operations
- Control and coordination of DRÄXLMAIER internal productions and external contract KPI processing partners;
- On-time supply of the production sites with correct and complete production orders;
- Control of the logistical material and process flows in the plant;
- Coordinating activities to avoid bottlenecks;
- Implementation of the ramp-up and run-out phase planning.
Profile:
- Technical or business-related college degree with up to 2 years of professional experience;
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel;
- Very good English language skills, German knowledge is a plus;
- Experience working with logistics control systems;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
