We are looking for a Technical project manager for our Lead Design Engineering departament in Erd.
Join our team and lead impactful technical projects from concept to implementation!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans (resources, schedule, costs) and implement corrective actions when needed;
- Coordinate risk analyses, change evaluations, and negotiations with internal/external stakeholders;
- Ensure project budget and indicators are met; prepare reports, documentation, and presentations;
- Act as the interface between project leaders, departments, customers, and suppliers;
- Define project organization, select team members, and provide technical leadership;
- Plan, implement, and approve equipment/prototype/testing units in line with requirements and standards;
- Create requirements/ specification manuals and perform calculations for bids, cost comparisons, and equipment concepts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in a technical field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position- Automotive industry;
- Experience working with equipment/prototype implementation is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (German is a plus);
- Very good communication skills, ability to take initiative and make decisions.
