Technical Change Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Technical Change Project Coordinator for our Change Management Erd Interior department in Érd, Hungary.

What success looks like in this role:
- Ensures high-quality change requests: All change requests are complete, clearly described, understood by all functions and validated for technical and financial impact before approval;
- Delivers changes on time: Engineering changes are planned and implemented according to agreed timelines, with strong coordination across all involved functions;
- Achieves strong cross-functional alignment: Stakeholders are consistently aligned, and conflicts or blockers are quickly identified and resolved. Coordinate/synchronize departments, to assure controlled change processes;
- Provides transparency through data and reporting: Change status, risks, and cost impacts are clearly reported and available to support decision-making. Chase relevant functions for completion;
- Ensures audit-ready processes and compliance: Change management activities are fully documented and compliant with internal processes , with no major audit findings;
- Participation in customer meetings.
What you need to deliver this performance:
- Bachelor’s degree, professional certification, or advanced technical/vocational training in a relevant field;
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel;
- Strong planning,and problem-solving capabilities, able to coordinate multifunctional and multicultural teams towards one goal;
- Result & process oriented, strive to understand the whole picture;
- Proactive and Self-starter;
- Good English communication skills in a multicultural environment;
