Lead Designer

We are looking for a Lead Designer  in our Lead Design  team in Debrecen.

Responsibilities:

• Design and provide design support as necessary for the development of components/component groups;
• Technical and scheduled steering of assigned resources (e.g. of a construction team, etc.);
• Provide content/time coordination (e.g. technical solutions, etc.) with the departments/outside companies/customers;
• Obtain releases;
• Support purchasing in technical questions when orders are placed;
• Create and check schedules based on development plans;
• Organize and monitor the staging of parts/components so that they are on-schedule, on-function and in the proper assembly, taking economic aspects into consideration;
• Suggest/implement remedial actions for deviations ;
• Comply with budgets;
• Conduct tests; suggest and monitor improvements/alternatives;
• Conduct development tasks (e.g. build parts/modules with a variety of functions and connections, etc.), taking requirements into account (e.g. functional, weight & installation viewpoints, economic aspects, etc.);
• Create drawings/data sets and develop documentation.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineer MSc or BSc degree;
• 3 years of experience in Technical field- Automotive industry;
• Knowledge of Product Development, Manufacturing Process and Project Management;
• Fluent in English and Hungarian;
• Very good communication skills, analytical skills and teamwork.
