Responsibilities:

• Leads a small Line Support unit, including both disciplinary and functional management of the team;
• Oversees workforce planning, scheduling, and allocation of personnel aligned with company targets;
• Ensures delivery performance and product quality by optimizing the use of machines, materials, and resources, following production planning KPIs;
• Guarantees proper quality inspection according to test plans, technical drawings, and work instructions, including performing required gap analyses (target vs. actual);
• Manages shift planning, adjusts workflows during disruptions, and monitors costs and budgets, initiating corrective actions when needed;
• Drives process optimization, supports improvements of IT systems, equipment, and procedures, while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations;
• Coordinates with technical product management, customers, logistics, and external production sites to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirements:

• Technical education (Technician, Business Administrator) with relevant experience,
  OR vocational training + 3–5 years’ experience and additional qualifications;
• Strong leadership mindset, high responsibility, and flexibility;
• Good German or English skills;
• MS Office knowledge;

• Willingness to work in shifts and occasionally travel;

• Reliability, responsibility, and flexibility;
• Willingness to learn new things.
