Fast Track - Lead Designer Program

Program Description:

 

  • Engage in design work for one year, with a strong focus on preparing design documentation from the very beginning.
  • You may be required to participate in a project as a Lead Designer (LD) before the year is up.
  • Actively participate in intensive weekly training sessions.
  • Monitor the work of the Lead Designer, gradually taking on more active roles in various LD processes over time.
  • Continuously verify acquired knowledge and regularly consult with the Team Leader.
  • Assume the Lead Designer position, with the program duration extendable if necessary.
