Responsabilities:
- Facilities and Site Infrastructures responsible for Hungary and Slovakia Draexlmaier locations, building maintenance and housekeeping, interface with Landlord and Local Authorities
- Responsible for Health and Safety, Fire Prevention and Environmental Protection, ensures sites Legal Compliance within his areas of responsibility and adherence to EHS ISO standards.
- Site Security responsibility by ensuring adherence of security external services to site Security Plan.
- Integrates at site level the HQ requirements in his fields of responsibility, report specific KPI’s.
- Responsibilities in following the sustainability and energy footprint site performance development, participation in budget projection and follow up processes.
Requirements:
- 3 years of vocational training and 3 to 5 years of professional experience in technical degree, industrial environment, building administration or facilities
- 1 year experience in health and safety, environment protection or fire protection
- Legal qualification in health and safety, environment protection and waste management it will be an advantage
- Confident computer skills (MS Office) required, AutoCAD skills may be an advantage.
- Advanced English language skills
- Certified in ISO45001 and ISO14001 may be an advantage
