Your tasks:
- Develop, together with design engineers, a weight efficient structurally designed vehicle to deliver the highest level of performance in NVH, durability and crash performance
- Define fixing points, gaps, flushness and clearance parameter proposals and review with the design team
- Conduct tolerance stack-up studies
- Provide general definition of Product Manufacture Information for all vehicle components
- Write / communicate technical reports & proposals regarding PMI analysis and modeling
- Provide technical support for solving manufacturing concerns related to design of the vehicle
Your profile:
- BS (minimum) Mechanical, Manufacturing or related degree
- Expert level PMI knowledge (understand and apply GPS / GD&T based on international standards)
- Proven Dimensional Controls engineering experience
- Proven capability in Catia V5 and/or Siemens NX CAD modeling software at advanced user level
- Ability to identify relationships of inputs and cooperate with several departments
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (German is a plus)
