- Ensure the follow-up of complaints and the effectiveness of corrective measures: collection and analysis of non-conformities.
- Follow-up the correct application of the corrective and preventive measures established within the resolution of the problem resulting from the 8D-Report according team analysis.
- Processing of complaints on QSYS
- Processing of 8D-Report according to VDA6.3, implementation of immediate actions and confirmation of the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.
- Preparation of customer complaints presentations
- Entering complaints analyzes on the customer portal
- Ensures good communication of the complaint information to all concerned personnel.
- Launching and Participate in problem solving and analysis meetings
- Prepare customer audits
- Participate in meetings with the resident
- Perform regular audits on the implementation of corrective actions in the production areas
- Research and propose process modifications to improve the level of quality.
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Creation of various Quality reports and statistics.
- Work on the reduction of additional costs and non-quality costs.
- Knows and ensures the application and respect of safety and fire protection rules and occupational safety standards.
- Handles, in coordination, the environmental non-conformities that concern him.
- Communicates any information or action taken by his department in the environmental process.
- Performs safety and environmental monitoring rounds, identifies non-conformities, and participates in the definition of actions to rectify the situation.
Requirement :
- University Degree or more.
- Min 3 years of experience in the quality management.
- Good level in German and/or English.
- Master of IT Tools (Pack Microsoft office…).
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, Process Flow Diagram ,FMEA, PLP
- Deep Knowledge Quality tools and methods.
- Knowledge of analysis methodology.
