we are looking for an experienced and motivated **Deputy Quality Manager** to strengthen our team and help drive our quality standards to the next level.

Mission:

Quality Management and Assurance

    Quality Development and Maintenance:

• Maintain and develop quality at the site in accordance with central guidelines.
• Ensure product and process quality to the customer and detect risks and opportunities early.

   Corrective and Preventive Actions:

• Initiate all necessary corrective and preventive actions in daily operations.

Auditing, Compliance, and Data Integrity

  Audit Involvement:

• Assist significantly in the conduct of internal and external audits.

  Data Quality and Process Release:

• Ensure the relevance of the data entered in the quality reports.
• Be responsible for the release of serial production processes and products.

Team Engagement and Leadership

  Team Collaboration:

• Clarify quality issues and ensure their resolution in collaboration with team members.
• Engage all relevant people in quality thinking.

Employee Leadership and Development:

  Lead, develop, and motivate subordinate employees in accordance with company management    principles.

Strategic Contribution

 Company Objectives:

• Contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives.

Requirements:

• University Degree.
• Good knowledge of quality tools and knowledge in the field of auditing is an asset.
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (3 years in the field of quality)
• Proven experience in personnel management.
• Perfect command of English and German.
