Quality Supervisor(3)

Mission:

• Ensure the organization of quality tasks between the different stakeholders in the team.
• Ensure that the quality process is well-maintained and monitored.
• Ensure that products meet specifications and quality standards through control and verification.
• Cooperate with departments and ensure the smooth operation and compliance of production and product processes.
• Process non-conforming products and procedure: Store blocking, identification and separation of non-conforming product.
• Ensure the application of quality tools (problem solving, statistical tools and data analysis methods) and implementation of improvements following identified defects.
• Continuously monitor claims and the effectiveness of corrective measures: collection and analysis of non-conformities and complaints identified.
• Follow-up on preventive and corrective actions.

Requirement :   

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of quality.
• Good  English level, German will be an asset.
