Mission:

 

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar roles within the designated areas, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Design and publish job advertisements to attract candidates through various channels, ensuring they meet the required job specifications.
  • Perform online and database searches based on input from the job specifications to identify potential candidates.
  • Prepare, conduct, and assess selection tests for candidates to ensure the best fit for the respective area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with business units to define job requirements and specifications.
  • Review and assess application documents, provide recommendations, and pre-select candidates.
  • Prepare long lists of candidates for further evaluation.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards to track recruitment KPIs and statistics.
  • Recommend actions based on data analysis to ensure staff availability.
  • Build and maintain a network of contact persons across Sfax & Mahdia regions to support large hiring campaigns.
  • Develop new and innovative strategies for sourcing candidates and ensuring a continuous talent pipeline.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of various hiring channels, such as online platforms, social networks, and regional recruitment sources.
  • Support hiring managers through ongoing communication about the recruitment status and ensure timely feedback.
  • Prepare all necessary documents related to blue-collar recruitment (e.g., CAIP, CDD).
  • Contribute to short- and medium-term HR projects (e.g., time management, promotions, employee transfers, benefits, etc.).

 

Requirements:

 

  • University Degree / Master degree : Specialty Management, business administration, human resources management.
  • Experience of at least 02 years in the HR department.
  • Fluent English.
  • Master Pack Office.
