job Summary:
We are a leading manufacturing company driven by innovation and operational excellence. Committed to delivering high-quality products and optimizing performance,we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Production Quality to join our team and elevate our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management & Assurance
- Drive the continuous improvement of site quality in alignment with corporate standards
- Ensure product and process quality while proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues
Auditing, Compliance & Data Integrity
- Support and contribute to internal and external audits
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of quality data and reporting
- Manage the release of serial production processes and products
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead the resolution of quality issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Foster a strong quality culture and mindset across the organization
- Lead, coach, and develop team members in line with company values and management principles
Requirements:
- University/ Engineering Degree.
- Good knowledge of quality tools and knowledge in the field of auditing is an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (3 years in the field of quality)
- Proven experience in personnel management.
- Perfect command of English or German.
