Head of Operation Engineering Eljem Plant

As Head of Operation Engineering, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful implementation of production processes. 

Your mission is to ensure operational excellence, process efficiency, and seamless collaboration across departments.

We are looking for a hands-on leader to drive operational excellence and process innovation in our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate production changes (work boards, control stations, documents).
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of modifications.
• Train and mentor technicians, leading teams through new processes.
• Analyze production data and implement optimized methods.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement and workplace optimization.

Profile we are looking for:

• Engineering degree in Idustrial Engineering with proven experience in the automtive sector.
• +8 years of experience in production engineering/operations management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process optimization and REFA methods.
• Proven leadership and training abilities.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
