 We are looking for an HR Employee Partner to support our HR operations and contribute to the development of a high-performance work environment within a dynamic automotive manufacturing organization.

In this role, you will act as a trusted HR partner, ensuring effective collaboration between management, employees, and the HR team while supporting key people-related initiatives across the Plant.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with managers and supervisors on HR-related topics and people management practices.
  • Coordinate and monitor local and regional HR projects.
  • Support recruitment, training, performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to department leaders on HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and drive action plans to improve organizational performance.
  • Maintain and develop HR procedures, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Foster positive employee relations and support communication with employee representatives and social partners.            
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and HR standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Support employee transportation activity including leading the drivers when required
  • Deputize for the other HR Employee partner

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and industrial environments.
  • Understanding of labor law and employee relations principles.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards is an advantage.
