Gestionnaire Logistique ( FST)

Mission :

• Production planning taking into account production capacities and customer needs. Customer satisfaction is a priority.
• Notify hierarchical superiors regularly and inform production managers in case of divergence of the production plan.
• Coordination of exceptional measures in case of difficulty of SATE supply of the subsidiaries or the customer.
• Notify DRÄXLMAIER Eljem Plant officials in the event of a power failure.
• Strictly apply the instructions for working procedures.
• Ensure efficiency and good collaboration with other groups and plant services
• Exchange of information with the Store, Export and Transport departments concerning the flow of material and information.
• Development of production plans and control of their execution.
• Ensure that the EHS policy and objectives are established
• Ensure and promote continuous improvement..
• Develop, lead and promote a culture in the organization that supports expected results.
• Ensure that the organization establishes and implements a process of consultation and participation of workers.
• Support the creation and operation of health and safety committee.
• Ensure the coordination with the technical department (TPM).
• Ensure the timeline of different actions and technical change processes.

Requirement :

• University diploma .
• Good English level.
• Mastery of Computer skills (Excel, Word, Access ….).
• Mastery of software handling: HOST, MES(…).
