Foaming Supervisor

We’re seeking an experienced Foaming Supervisor to lead and optimize the foaming process within our production environment. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians, providing clear targets and continuous training
• Ensure efficient troubleshooting and resolution of foaming process issues
• Implement and sustain 5S, safety, and maintenance standards across all zones
• Analyze KPIs, drive improvements, and ensure escalation protocols are followed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce downtime through structured action planning
• Manage documentation related to maintenance and process control
• Monitor environmental impact and enforce proper handling of hazardous materials
• Champion lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Technical Degree in Electrical/Electromechanical or related field
• Minimum 5 years in automotive industry, with hands-on foaming machine experience (e.g. Hennecke)
• Strong command of maintenance software and MS Office tools
• Fluent in English

Assets:

• Training in IATF16949, VDA6.3
• Leadership in Lean/Kaizen methodology
• Clear understanding of HSE practices and environmental compliance
