Mission:
- Communicate maintenance objectives to employees.
- Train and manage team members.
- Solving problems related to the Foaming process
- Control and monitoring of the tasks of its technicians
- Management of conflicts between employees under his responsibility.
- Ensure the application of processes and maintenance work instructions
- Ensure the accomplishment of the maintenance objectives.
- Entering, controlling and monitoring maintenance indicators.
- Notify your Hierarchical manager in time according to the escalation standard
- Perform weekly and monthly action plans to reduce downtime of Foaming machines and take corrective actions when exceeding targets.
- Follow-up on the Downtime Action Plan.
- Foaming process control and finding the right solutions in coordination with all departments
- Maintain, classify and identify any technical or other documents related to the Foaming process.
- Preserve and maintain work equipment.
- Comply with company rules and standards
- Application of 5s of its work areas
- Responsible for waste management, environmental monitoring and emergency response in its area of responsibility.
- Identify environmental aspects and assess risks related to HSE standards.
- Ensure safe handling, proper storage and correct use of chemicals in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
- Actively participate in reducing environmental costs such as energy, water, paper, copper consumption, etc.
- Ensure and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- University Diploma.
- Knowledge in the electrical or electromechanical field or other technical area
- Experience on a foaming machine.
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of computer tools: Excel, Word, Access.
- Good English Level.
